Ladies Kickboxing is a thriving sport which has really taken off in recent years. Kickboxing is so popular because it develops coordination, fitness and self-confidence. Kickboxing also combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. No previous martial arts experience is necessary.
Women interested in learning self-defense will burn fat, have fun and get a good workout, during this energetic class.
The class is taught in a well equipped, private environment by a female instructor who has trained in the sport for over 4 years. It takes place every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm.
